Andrzej Wrębiak

Mr. Andrzej Wrębiak

  • A Ph.D. in economics, for many years a faculty member in the Research Institute for Developing Countries of the Warsaw School of Economics,
  • A co-founder, shareholder and chairman of Warszawska Grupa Konsultingowa,
  • In 1995-1999, chairman of the Association of Business Advisors and member of the Executive Committee of the European Federation of Consulting Associations (FEACO) in Brussels,
  • Since 2003, a member of the Management Board of Grupa Konsultingowa Jagiełło, Wrębiak i Wspólnicy Sp. z o.o.,
  • The leader of several dozen of comprehensive restructuring programmes and corporate development strategies (sectoral study of the Polish pharmaceutical industry, formulation of strategy and implementation of a comprehensive restructuring programme at cement works Cementownia Chełm S.A., consolidation of 24 sugar refineries as part of Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa S.A.)

Barbara Buczyńska

  • A Ph.D. in economics, graduate of the Central School of Planning and Statisticsin Warsaw (currently Warsaw School of Economics),
  • An associate and shareholder of Grupa Konsultingowa Jagiełło, Wrębiak i Wspólnicy Sp. z o.o.,
  • Prepares marketing studies, market studies, participates in corporate restructuring and privatisation projects,
  • Draws up GKJW project offers which include the project execution concept, terms of execution, execution potential of GKJW.

Project offers are submitted to government agencies, companies, financial institutions and banks that require consulting services.

Jacek Chwałek

Mr. Jacek Chwałek
Project Manager

  • A Ph.D. and Associate Professor, for many years a faculty member of the Central School of Planning and Statisticsin Warsaw and then the Warsaw School of Economics, specialising in business sciences and corporate management,
  • The author of over 100 various publications, including three books,
  • An advisor and lecturer in executive development centres among others at business associations and ministries,
  • Since the 1990s involved in the provision of consulting services, initially as an independent consultant, and subsequently as an associate of Warszawska Grupa Konsultingowa where – until it was taken over by Grupa Konsultingowa Jagiełło, Wrębiak i Wspólnicy (October 2003) – he served as the vice-chairman,
  • An expert and manager of a number of projects in marketing, strategic management and organisation.

Magdalena Gruszczyńska

Project Manager

  • A project manager and partner of Grupa Konsultingowa Jagiełło, Wrębiak i Wspólnicy,
  • A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics,
  • Has completed the fifth stage of the Controlling Course at the Personnel Consulting and Training Centre,
  • Since 1995 with Warszawska Grupa Konsultingowa, initially as a consultant, and subsequently as a senior consultant and partner,
  • The author and co-author of a number of studies on corporate financial analysis, business valuation, using both assets and DCF approach, appraisal of investment project effectiveness, investment project business planning, business finance management and management,
  • She participated in business process analysis and optimisation projects, formulation of the business controlling framework.

  • The leader of many privatisation (among others OZCP in Ostrołęka, MINEX CEI in Warsaw) and restructuring projects (among others ZPB Narew, ZPP SYNTEX, rolling mill Walcownia Metali Łabędy, ZPW Norbelana, district heat distribution utility SPEC in Warsaw)
  • An advisor to the Polish Regional Development Agency on the outcome assessment of the EU PHARE-STRUDER assistance programme.
