IMAP (International Network of Merger &Acquisition Partners) is a worldwide organization of companies specializing in mergers and acquisitions, established in 1971 and operating in 40 countries of the world. Companies associated in IMAP employ more than 300 M&A experts.

Great success for IMAP!

IMAP (the International Network of Merger & Acquisition Partners) has been named as one of the worlds top deal advisers in the Thomson Reuters 2008 league tables.

IMAP was ranked in fifth place, behind the big four accountancy firms, for worldwide deals with a value of up to US$50 million, based on the volume of transactions. It was in fifth place for deals of up to US$100 million, sixth for deals of up to US$200 million and tenth for those with a value of up to US$500 million.

According to Thomson Reuters, IMAP advised on 156 completed deals last year.

With 60 member firms in 40 countries, IMAP offers local market knowledge combined with global reach. It is a seamless international organization which advises on cross-border transactions and has access to strategic buyers, merger candidates and financial resources from around the world.

Through partnership with the local network of similar companies operating in Central and Eastern Europe (MACEE) IMAP has expanded its activity to all important countries of the region. New partners in countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine, Serbia and Croatia make it possible for us to enrich the range of our services with identification of companies that are to be taken over and with economic partners in the entire region of the Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in such countries as China and India.
